If you have a CAN phone than the signal is only comming over the CAN bus.

It could be that the phone adaptor you are using still supports the hardware mute line, but then you need to find out which of the 54 lines is the mute line. For this type I do not know.

The mute signal is comming from the CAN bus. There are 2 types of phones: 1- hardwired phone using the Tel Mute line 2- CAN phone using a bit in the mTelefon_3 messages on the CAN bus.
